■ 모집내용 
담당업무
ㆍ산업용 로봇 엔지니어 (대졸 신입)
ㆍPerforming Service tasks like installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently, identifying technical problems, and analyzing remote or on-site activity in different Service categories (installation and commissioning, routine maintenance, extensions, replacements, etc.)
ㆍContributing to customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer order and expectation. Maintaining a good relationship with customers. Identifying new sales opportunities and communicating them internally
ㆍCoordinating, preparing, and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities
ㆍPreparing all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative.
ㆍReporting work is done promptly and follows up when needed
ㆍTroubleshooting simple equipment failure and making recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future
ㆍProviding recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service
ㆍApplying safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Reporting unsafe practices and incidents

지원자격
ㆍ관련 분야에서 학사 학위 (전자전기, 기계, 자동화 등)
ㆍ전기기사, 산업안전기사 등 관련 자격증 소지자 우대
ㆍThe ability to deal with people, and a positive flexible attitude
ㆍIntermediate level in verbal and written English
ㆍStrong sense of responsibility
ㆍ출장 가능자 (willing to travel > 30% of his / her time)

우대사항
ㆍ전기기사, 산업안전기사 등 관련 자격증 소지자 우대
ㆍ인근 거주자 (근무지 - 천안)
